Apostilles & Authentications:

The Mississippi Secretary of State provides Apostilles and Authentication's for foreign countries. In order to provide this service, documents must be notarized by a Mississippi Notary Public or bear the signature of a Mississippi Public official. The cost is $5.00 per document. Intellectual Property Protection:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office provides information on laws and regulations, enforcement, helpful organizations, and other references regarding intellectual property protection.

 

Office of Authentication:

The Office of Authentications provides signed certificates of authenticity for a variety of documents to individuals, institutions, and government agencies. Examples of documents that may require authentication for use abroad may include, but are not limited to, company bylaws, powers of attorney, trademarks, diplomas, treaties, warrants, extraditions, agreements, certificates of good standing, and courier letters.
